This Privacy Policy describes how RePlan collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our lesson planning and calendar service.

Information we collect

• Account information: When you sign in, we receive the email address associated with your account so we can identify you and keep your lesson data separate from other users.
• School-year setup: Dates you enter for your school year, holidays, and no-class days are stored so we can build your calendar correctly.
• Lesson content: The unit numbers, lesson numbers, dates, aims, standards, and details you add to your lesson list are stored for you.
• Google Sheets connection: If you choose to connect Google Sheets, we store a secure token that lets RePlan create, read, and update a spreadsheet owned by you. We do not access any other files in your Google Drive.

How we use your information

• To display your lesson list and printable calendar.
• To keep your data synced between sessions and devices.
• To create or update your Google Sheet when you explicitly request it.
• To respond to support requests or troubleshoot issues.

Google Sheets access

Connecting Google Sheets is optional. When you connect, RePlan asks for permission to create spreadsheets in your Google Drive and edit the spreadsheet you link to your course. We never delete files, read unrelated Drive content, or share your Google data with third parties. You can revoke this access at any time by clicking Disconnect in the Lessons tab or by removing RePlan's access in your Google account permissions.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information or lesson content. We do not use your data for advertising. Your information is only processed by the secure backend services that power RePlan.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your lesson data and account information for as long as you use RePlan. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove your information within a reasonable timeframe.
